This policy explains what information Loomino collects through this website and how it is used. Loomino is run by Dhruv in Delhi, India. For any privacy question, email hello@loomino.xyz.

What I collect

• Email and calls: whatever you choose to send or discuss.
• Website analytics: anonymous, aggregated visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other websites.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How it’s used

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare the concept or proposal you asked for.
• To deliver and invoice a project if you become a client.
• I don’t add you to a mailing list, and I never sell or share your information for marketing.

Services that process your information

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides anonymous website analytics.
• Email provider — stores correspondence in the studio inbox.
• Booking tool — if you book a call, your name, email and chosen time are handled by the scheduling service.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and India, under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long it’s kept

Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records and invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing hello@loomino.xyz. I will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

This website is served only over HTTPS. Access to enquiries and client files is limited to me. I use account access controls to help protect that information.
